Shipment Tracking
Enter shipment tracking numbers to view detail information on a specific shipment.Narrow the search by entering more tracking numbers; broaden the search by entering fewer tracking numbers.Tracking number searches are case sensitive and do not support wildcard searches. Tracking numbers may be customized during client/company setup.

If one matching shipment is found, the detail information will be directly displayed.If more than one shipment matches the entered tracking number(s), a list of matching shipments will be displayed.

Track Shipment Button
Click on the Track Shipment button to execute the shipment tracking search.

Quick Search Button
Click the Quick Search button to switch to the quick search screen.This option is only available for shipments.

Order Tracking
Enter order tracking numbers to view detail information on a specific order.Narrow the search by entering more tracking numbers; broaden the search by entering fewer tracking numbers.Tracking number searches are case sensitive and do not support wildcard searches. Tracking numbers may be customized during client/company setup.

If one matching order is found, the detail information will be directly displayed. If more than one order matches the entered tracking number(s), a list of matching orders will be displayed.
